In fact, he and the Jekums Team were inducted into Seven Gables Hall of Fame in 2004 for consistent, long-term sales – an honor that only 2% of all Seven Gables agents have achieved. James has listed and sold properties in all price ranges from condos to grand estates in gated communities in areas that include Anaheim Hills, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Placentia, San Clemente, Villa Park and Yorba Linda. A resident of Orange County since 1977, James was actively involved in community sports and played baseball for Fullerton College before graduating from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
A fitness and sports enthusiast, James spends his spare time participating in a variety of recreational activities and enjoys quality time spent with his family.
