It is with pleasure and gratitude that we share comments on our experience with the Jekums team. We met with the Jekums initially to list our investment property. They sold it within a week for record-high per-square-foot price. Their expertise in the community was invaluable as they met with the appraiser and provided the input necessary to obtain the correct valuation. We were so impressed with them that we decided to list our primary residence with them as well. Keep in mind, it had been listed with two other brokers in the two years with only a handful of showings. Once again, the Jekums were amazing. They sold it within a few months, and at a recordhigh sales price in the area. Now the hard part: We needed to find a home, in the same area, with a tennis court. We wanted an older home that we could remodel to our taste, but there was no such home in the area. However, Sonia Jekums made contact with a neighbor that she thought had the home for us – and timing was perfect! The neighbor was ready to sell and we closed escrow within 30 days! The Jekums are not only competent and professional, they also bring their expertise, integrity, and excellent service to the table... and there is never any pressure! When it’s time to sell or buy again, we will definitely work with the Jekums!
