When we first moved to Peralta Hills nine years ago, Sonia was the one who took us under her wings and introduced us to the neighbors at a Peralta Hills Homeowner’s events. We knew right away that we had moved to one of the nicest, friendliest and most close-knit neighborhoods on earth. Many years later Sonia listed our home but because of the tough economy, it did not sell & we took it of the market. We were already committed to another home so we listed our home with other agents who were unsuccessful in selling our place. We then relisted with Sonia and her team one more time.
